We have now launched our new Web Portals so that our clients can make bookings 24/7 from anywhere in the world!

A Web Portal is a booking portal where bookings can be made directly with us on our secure website or through a 3rd party’s website and the booking will arrive onto our dashboard ready for us to confirm, allocate and dispatch.

Link Portal

Both business and private clients can now book their own journeys through the Link Portal. With the Link Portal we send a link to the client so that they can make a booking straight onto the system and as a result, bookings arrive straight onto our dashboard for us to allocate to the respective chauffeur. The client can place, edit bookings and track the hire progress in real time. Booker, parent or other parties can receive the job updates as they happen. This can be via SMS or email if required, along with real-time GPS tracking.

The client can save the link to the home screen on their mobile telephone or desktop on their PC and anytime they wish to make a booking they can open the link.

We have found this facility is extremely beneficial to not only local customers who can now make a booking at their convenience but also for clients from all over the world who are intending to visit the UK and require a quality ground transport solution to their chosen UK destination. Clients can now travel with peace of mind knowing their executive car and chauffeur are already pre-booked.

Web Portal

For corporate clients such as an events, conference or expo organisations, hotels, spas, restaurants, private schools and universities, golf and private members clubs or any other business that can benefit from using our excellent, reliable chauffeur driven car service we can now offer a Web Portal which can be embedded into any website.

For example, if we embed our Web Portal into a hotel’s website they will be able to see, edit and manage all bookings entered by their clients and see the progress of the hire, send confirmations, progress messages and take payments. They will also see the history of all past bookings with invoicing details.

The paperwork can also be dual branded in the client portal so that all communications leaving the system will be branded with the logo of the 3rd party establishment on one side and our logo on the other. This is very popular as it looks like the 3rd party company has its very own dedicated chauffeur service! It also helps to promote customer loyalty and retention. Booker logins are unlimited and they can be assigned different permissions. Additionally, they can be grouped under different departments making formatting, creation and printing of hire reports a breeze.

Client Portal

We can now give our commercial business and corporate clients access to our system via the Client Portal using a username and password. Access can be granted to individual employees and they can log in, create, view and also edit bookings.
